EJ’s Urban Eatery is named for both of its original owners. The E is for Erik J. Gaucher, a leader in the wealth management industry and a newcomer to the Kansas City restaurant scene. And, the J is for the chef John C. Smith.
A well-known KC Chef, John is opening his own restaurant for the first time.
