EJ’s Urban Eatery will be hosting our very first Tequila Ocho Dinner Thursday, November 16th at 5:30. 4 courses for $60.00 per person.

1st Course

Oysters Two Ways... Raw – Served with Lemon-Jalapeno Vinaigrette, Fresh Horseradish and Basil Char-Grilled – Served with Gulf Shrimp, Lafayette Spice Butter and Pecorino Cheese

Paired with Mexican 75 (Tequila Ocho Plata, Fresh Lemon Juice, Sugar Cube and Sparkling Wine

2nd Course

Grilled Octopus Served with Pinot Noir Braised Chickpea Ragu, Sicilian Oregano, Garlic, Tomatoes and Grilled Crostini

Paired with Paloma-Thyme (Tequila Ocho Plata, Fresh Lime Juice, Agave Syrup and Grapefruit Soda)

3rd Course

Whole Duck Confit, Served Family Style Blue Corn Tortillas, Salsa Verde, Queso Fresco and Radish Salad

Paired with Two Vintages of Ocho Resposado Served neat. Accompanied by House made Sangrita

4th Course Apple Churros Salted Caramel Sauce and Orange White Chocolate Anglaise
